I have two questions for employers...
1. As an applicant is there any objection from any employer to a legal requirement for the employer to supply a detailed profile of all recruiters who evaluate applications and /or interview applicants?
If there is an objection please justify that objection.
2. would any employer object to legislation requiring employers to include such profiles of evaluators in the job advertisement so that applicants have the chance to evaluate the worthiness of recruiters before time is wasted making the application?
If there is an objection please justify it.
